I am only reading this as poor because the situation that led me to go to this location and not able to rent the van which is the size vehicle I needed to rent, was because the man at the original grocery store called grocery thing just didn't want to rent it to me and kept canceling the reservation, even though I had used the van a few times taken good care of it filled the gas tank up. There was nothing wrong with me borrowing the van, and it was an extremely helpful location. The man just wanted to make my life difficult. I will never go to that location for anything ever again.

It was ridiculous. I personally had to do the persons job on the laptop. She spoke very little English and didn’t read English on the computer. This location should not be allowed to affiliates with Uhual

Sarah KYou guys did a bait and switch and I'm never using your company again. This is my third and last bad experience. I was quoted one thing online and when I picked it up, I was charged double that amount and when I called, I was told this requires special effort to fix. I signed a contract you broke it.
