Millage was wrong when I picked the van up and I did document the difference. If my memory serves, it was over 25 miles more than the original contract. (can I review the photos I took of past rentals and review? Hmmm...I'll look into that.) That concerned me a bit. Outside on drivers side had some scratches that did not have stickers on it yet, I took a photo and uploaded that as well. Back of van was not swept or blown out, it was not bad but defiantly noticeable. I tried to check out and back in using the link or qr code but was thankful that someone at the grocery store was able to help me. The drop off felt odd as they just took the key and said "I got this for you" without doing a walk around with me or finalizing the mileage when I dropped it off. (I did check the receipt mileage and it was correct) Blankets, I requested and used 6 blankets which I folded and stacked before returning. Receipt charges $10 per dozen. This does not seem correct either. Over all, this location didn't work for me. This was not the same expert and helpful experience I normally have with U-Haul. I'll be making sure I use regular U-Haul locations from now on.

John NThe location isn’t in the best part of town. The truck was located behind the store where there was lots of drug paraphernalia in the area, it smelled bad and some homeless people hanging around. The store and the person we worked with were kind enough, but not someplace I would feel comfortable being by myself. My grandma dropped me off and I also didn’t feel safe walking behind the store to get the truck.
