I would like to be informed ahead of time if items I requested to rent from U-Haul are not available at the location I'm requesting from. I had requested two utility dollies and a queen sized mattress cover, but it wasn't until I was picking up everything that I learned the two dollies and mattress cover were not available. I was not charged for them, fortunately, but it did mean I had to find another location on the fly that did have those items available right away. Had I known these things were not available at this location, I would not have come here.

The truck was dirty and it smelled badly. The attendant was uninterested and charged me for an item I did not select when I made the reservation.
Sanjay AThe location was convenient but I didn't realize there wouldn't be an office or person to speak to. I was able to pick up the vehicle but it took extra time because I had to do it on my phone myself.
