The windshield was so dirty with bugs that it was hard to see through. The app checkout process was a nightmare. Multiple bugs in the app.

Location was remote. When we arrived, the person in charge of rentals was not available. The app was not working so we needed to call customer service to initiate our rental. That said, the truck was clean and easy enough to secure once we figured out the business end of things.

Sean DWhen I went to pick the Uhual the website won’t let me login because they are system was down and they send me to different location and it happened something so when I got the U haul it was around 8:37 something which they said I was late when I returned. Horrible service and they made me to pay $20 something extra. My actual pick time was 7 am but they are system wasn’t working and seems like they count the hours even you don’t get the U haul
Fnu TI was charged for gas even though I brought it back exactly where I got it. Will never use this location again.
