Have the correct pass code on hand for the locks. When I went to pick up the truck the pass code that was given to me was incorrect and we wasted a hour. And the lady of the location we rented from didn't speak English so she was no help

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe new system is very time consuming. I highly doubt that I will use U-Haul in the future.
RALPH SThe actual location of the vehicle was hidden somewhere and took me forever to fine the vehicle. Agent was supposed to be open on Sunday and nobody was in the store or picked up the phone. Had to go through the 1-800 number to get everything done.
Fatmir KThe store was not open at 9:30 as shown on the door and online. I had to wait 45 minutes before someone showed up to open the store and give me the keys for the truck. While convenient to Englewood, in the future I’ll go elsewhere.
ERIC PHe is very friendly and professional
