Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulEasy process once I understood what I needed to do by following each step. The truck did have a lot of trouble shifting gears so it may need a tune up but otherwise it was an easy process and the people holding the keys at the pick up location were friendly and helpful.

Neil DI was not told about being the check in link being texted to me. By the time I stopped and clicked through it it said the link was expired. The inside of the truck was filthy, had broken pieces of furniture and trash. When I returned the truck they claimed the gas gauge was at half when it was almost empty and that the starting miles was 50 miles less than what it actually was, so I was charged twice as much. If I could give negative stars, I would.
