The location and equipment were as expected. However would not recommend picking up on a Sun. Get your truck and Keys on Sat while the business is open. I was 9n hold with Uhaul for over 30 minutes due to network issues. The app wasn't working properly. Other than that it was a great experience. Moving sucks so I'm not looking forward to my next one.

I went from Kentucky to South Carolina 20 foot box and I was amazed how good it was on gas.
JAMES CThe inside of the trailer was dirty (looked like potting soil) when I picked up the trailer. My guess is that the inside of the trailer hadn’t been checked after it was dropped off and it wouldn’t have required much effort to sweep it out when the renting location saw it was dirty when they placed the 2 bags of furniture pads inside.
James RTruck was not ready for release maintenance wise. No supply of furniture pads.
