Did not receive a paper contract. Was not asked to read the contract. What I signed appeared to be authorization for running my credit card. Not signing and executing a full contract.

Battery died on us an we weren't able to do as many trips as we wanted
Maribel A.Hold on credit exceeded acutal payment which caused me to pay more then what i owed. Even though its a hold it still sets aside the money alloted and it charged me twice instead of using the hold money. Horrible payment experience. Everything else was smooth aside from this. Office employees were very helpful and nice.
