Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThought the Daily or Local was 30. Dollars, Plus One Dollar per Mile for insurance. Used the Vehicle for 4 hours and drove 63 miles. Had More Fuel in it when I brought it back than when I picked it up. Ended up about 137.00. May have misunderstood the amounts when I picked it up.
Paul TThe drop off took a bit longer due to having to keep starting over in the app. I had made an error filling out the questionnaire and it made me start all over instead of just going back to the previous question. Other than that all went well.

James TYou can have the vehicle rented at the location the customer was directed. I spent over 2 hours and drove nearly 90 miles to pick up this truck. I was first directed to a site on Broadway in Wichita. Then it was changed to Pawnee in Wichita. Then I was sent to a site in Andover, KS where I found my reservation had been changed internally from a one way 26’ truck to a same day local return on a 15’ truck. I then spent 30 minutes on the phone with a representative before ultimately being sent 45 minutes from my home to Eldorado, KS where I finally got a truck. I was told that the dispatch in Kansas was down and the representative could not give me any type of refund for all the problems, but I would definitely have unlimited mileage. Then on turn in, I got hit with another $12 charge for going over the mileage. I’m done with U-Haul.
