My phone camera could not take pictures of the vehicle as mandated in the check in process. It only showed a red outline of the back, front and sides - which were not accepted by the requestor. The dealer did make it easy to go forward regardless and was very helpful navigating unforeseen delays in the return.
Clayton MI had a lot of trouble with the pick up procedure. I was told there would be no issues if I had my son pick up the truck if I prepaid!!! That was not the case. It took over an hour to get the truck. I tried reaching out to Solomon several times. He promised my son$50-$100 off for the inconvenience and he never returns my emails. Very disappointed.
Jami BThe location was not the issue. There were so many calls and miscommunications and changes made but not made etc etc etc. It was awful and cost me $100 more than I was told. Never ever ever again will I use U-Haul. It was a nightmare.
Laura CI don't know why he needed to take a picture of my driver license from his phone since al already loaded it thru u haul app. He spoke fast with ascent and sometimes hard to understand what he tried to say
