The truck was dirty so we had to clean it out. Our rental was for 10:00 and the person who opens the shop did not show up until 10:45 which was very inconvenient as we had someone waiting at our destination so he was waiting for us for a while. However, once the fella showed up everything went very smoothly. The truck could have been cleaned though.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulService was quick. Nice location.
Amrinder BRight side mirror was broken. And ice on the windshield wasn’t cleaned. And the pick location guy opened store approximately 1hour late . We were supposed to take key at 10am but we got at 11am. Back cabin door was stuck. Wasn’t a pleasant experience.
mir hThe equipment was not clean when I recieved it and I had used clean sheets to place on bottom and none of my furniture was dirty. If there was any remnants of dirt it was from the previous user. I have photos from when I picked up. Should have not charged me the cleaning fee. Also, U-haul messed up my reservation and I had to drive extra to pick and drop this truck compared to my original reservation. I had to wait at the other place and then I was re routed to Doraha.
Tyrone MCheck-in App was a bit onerous but understand the need for all the info.
