I booked the truck for 1 pm but it was returned late. I did not leave the site with the truck until 3 pm; a 2 hour delay. This affected my schedule for the day including 3 other people that were involved in the move. I had booked the truck from 1 to 6 but did not pick up truck until 3 and then advised it had to be returned by 6:30 at the latest.

ABHINANDAN GI filled the gas back up to the level it was at when I acquired the vehicle. In the report the u haul representative said that it was an entire notch below the original amount. I called her and asked her to double check and the make sure the vehicle wasn’t on a hill (as the return site for the vehicle was on a 30 degree incline). She said she would double check for me and I never heard anything back from her.
Braden Bvehicle was dirty inside and out. Fuel tank was on 1/8. But service was fine.
Marilyn MThe lady who checked us in at this location was so fast she knew what she was doing. The last 2 times I have rented a U-Haul it has taken about 20-30 minutes for them to check me in and it stresses me out as it's time that I could have been moving instead of standing there. The lady at this location took 5 minutes , she was great! I will definitely be getting ubauls from this location again in the future.
