Required equipment was not available, no effort was made to attempt to rectify the situation. Was told I could drive across town and maybe they'd have one. Rental truck stank of cigarette smoke and had a brake problem causing the truck to pull hard to the right when braking. Worst u haul experience of my life

Nicholas FThe inside was dusty and got dirt on the things packed in it. The trailer had a lot of vibration and incredible noise when empty - the drop off location people told us the tires were bald and unbalanced creating those issues. But the people helping us at the location were very nice.
Dallas SSelf returned. But gave the key to the guy working right before they closed. No Dropbox for the keys from what I noticed. So after hours return wouldn't be a option.
