U haul moved my reserved pickup location to a location about 40km away. When I contacted them, I was offered a $50 discount and additional 100km for the discomfort. When I arrived the pickup location using Uber, the staff at SuperMart stated the offer was undocumented. I called Uhaul and they denied the offer. This review is only getting a 4 star due to the professionalism of the SuperMart staff, else a zero star is an overscore. I would be searching for the national u hual review link to put in my 0 cent dissatisfaction.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulSo the people working at this location were awesome. Very polite and very nice. They did a great job setting me up with the equipment but they (nor I) noticed that the uhaul given to me had a clear tube under it. Turns out someone was trying to siphon gas out of the uhaul so we had to get a new one. It worked out in our favour since we wanted to size down anyways.
Jessica SThe equipment is clean and maintained. Lots of space for parking. Very friendly staff. Thanks.
Simerjeet BIt would be great to know if the equipment ordered is not available at the specific location ahead of time so I could make alternarnative arrangements
Anton PLock box removed so couldn't drop off after hours. Equipment that was ordered was not available.
