Went to drop off the trailer and the lady answered the side door (where the arrow points to return the U-Haul) in her skimpy tank top with no pants or bra. You literally walk into a “landing” area full of trash, bags of trash and misc piles of garbage. Attempting to return proved to be difficult because according to her the son wasn’t home to take possession of the trailer even though hours posted are 9-5 and it was almost 10am. She then just told me to “leave it right over there” with no inspection and no receipt given to confirm that I had delivered free from damage. I refused to leave until I had an email stating “thank you for your return” because I was not going to get billed if something was wrong later down the line. Overall, find a different location.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulSo, We picked up the uhaul and were told Monroe Bancroft. We get there the location was closed like no longer there. So drive up to Jackman and Alexis and the management couldn't switch it to drop there and at this point its been an hour. The lady that the management was talking to at Jackman and Alexis hung up on him. Maybe that why Kmart went out of business. We were told someone had reserved it so we needed to take it to the other one this is beyond overstepping. I really dont care to use your company anymore as to this situation. When we arrive the guy said its not reserved. So now I have to fill this out for someone to get record a insisted of them being able to do their job. Would you repeat service?.....
