NOBODY THERE. 9:00 PICKUP AND 10:00 I HAD TO CALL UHAUL TO ARRANGE REMOTE PICKUP. WAS CHARGED $10 FOR MOVING PADS THAT WERE NOT IN THE TRUCK. WHEN I RETURNED AT 12:15 NOBODY THERE TO CHECK THE VEHICLE IN. I HAVE USED UHAUL A HANDFUL OF TIMES IN MY LIFE AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I WAS NOT HAPPPY. I WILL USE ANOTHER LOCATION IF I EVER NEED A UHAUL AGAIN.

Be more up front about the fees and fake flat tax
Alec CI would never recommend anyone do the Uhaul app pickup. It is not as easy as it appears. When called representative to extend time I was told the on line pick up had us as cancelled and if we did not return the U haul immediately we would be considered to be driving a stolen u haul. The man on the phone was extremely rude. I would never go through this again.
SHERRY LThis location was closed when I arrived at 10 am to pick up my uHaul. I called the phone number on the office door and knocked repeatedly. Eventually a woman came out of a nearby building. She said she wasn't a uHaul employee, but could get a key to the truck. She handed me a key and we left with the truck but with no contract, information or instructions about the rental. I got a text later in the day from uHaul saying I had missed my pick up time. I called the number provided in the text and explained the situation. The person I spoke to said they would correct the problem, but apparently never did. My drop off location had no record of my rental. I would never use this location again. The whole thing felt sketchy and off.
Dorothy MI made a reservation over the phone but there was nobody there to give me the truck or go over the paperwork. The proprietor was rude. The one at the haul in northampton was dismissive and condescending. The one in easthampton was very unhelpful and failed to contact me when their hours changed after the reservation was made.
