The location was fine. Literally everything else about using Uhaul was incredibly and unnecessarily confusing and stressful.

Chayanex OThis company is poorly run. I rented truck for one day, told guy maybe 2. They showed up at my house at 8am on second day demanding money, told them i need it till 11am then would be in to settle up, they took truck and left. What a horrible company.
PATRICIA WThey were supposed to be open, but were not. I had to use the app to get the truck, which went fine until I uploaded photos of unrecorded damage. The app glitched and I couldn't tell if the photos had uploaded. I called owner for help...eventually Alex (owner) tried to tell me I could just tell the return agent I'd gotten the truck that way. Simultaneously was waiting to chat with live agent, which eventually worked well enough, but your app doesn't let me see what I'm typing, so the communication was slow going. A process that should've taken 10 min took over 2 hours.
