Sent to this location because my first selected location did not have the truck I rented. I complained about the extra driving distance that would required me to drive (and therefore pay for). I was given a $10 discount, which was fair, and was satisfied.

Very easy pickup and drop off.
Cheryl JThis location.. nothing to improve, but UHaul overall.. my reservation was changed twice by UHaul because my first selected location one week before rental said they would not have my 10’ truck. I was switched to another location. Then 25 minutes before I was due to pick up my rental I was told that the second location now did not have my 10’ truck due to someone not returning on time. I was moved to a third location farther away which resulted in me having to pay more in mileage and extra gas. Not happy about that

William KDid not offer any help with connecting truck to trailer. It was at a convenience store with only one guy working. He wasn't even able to come outside. I had to find the truck and trailer myself and get a customer to help me back up to the trailer and connect. In all my UHaul rental experiences (quite a few), I've never experienced such a lack of service. Will not use this location again and certainly don't recommend.
