After paperwork was finished, she had ME park the trailer and then the truck, can't see why she/they couldn't park the truck and trailer themselves. It wasn't like an after hours drop off! only bad thing about the whole experience. Otherwise good service.

Good clean truck, but really smelled like a dog.
CHAD TWe had to pick up on a Wednesday and they are closed on Wednesday. They had locks and instructions on how to access keys. On the website it seemed easy enough. But instructions that seem clear on the web seem difficult when on site. The returning of their lock (which they make sure you know they will charge you $50 if you don't return it) was impossible to return. After I finally figured out where to return it, I could not open the box to access it. There was someone in a business using the same building that finally came outside and said he would get it back to the Uhaul people and let me write Uhaul a note with my name so they would make sure to credit me for returning the lock. It was EXTREMELY inconvenient and difficult to accomplish. website pages are hard to navigate and instructions disappear before you are done with them and cannot be found again. The truck just needed vacuumed in the cab - there was dirt and mud on the floor to make it clean... but it ran well.

KENDARIUS BThere were no personnel on site when I returned my vehicle, the facility was not open when I arrived. I completed the online checkin of the vehicle through the uhaul app.
