Our experience with Uhaul from beginning to end, was not a good one at all! I sure hope this gets in the right hands of a business that cares. Started with our pick up location changing to a run down sketchy non existing business location without a Uhaul in sight, not even a single car. Thinking we may have been given the wrong address we went down the road where we saw a Uhaul truck. We proceeded to follow directions via phone and was denied access over and over again. The people at the gas service station were not helpful at all and acted as if we were bothering them so we went to the biggest Uhaul place to get things straightened out in person. All information, reservations were confirmed & correct on his computer but I was still unable to login. He proceeded to talk to someone on the phone where she sent another link. We drive back to the place, and sure enough, it still doesn't work. The next hour and a half we spent on the phone with U-Haul trying numerous loginsÂ of which non worked - access denied. At this point, we are running extremely behind holding up our entire planning of driveingÂ 250 miles, not to mention our paid movers. We then were asked to go pick up at a completely different new location where we were able to take one of their trucks and deal with someone behind the desk. Ya! We are on the road now!Â BUT! That is not the end of it. On our way to return the truck a day earlier due to an upcoming ice storm, we were told that we had to return at a completely different location an hour away! I begged to let us drop it somewhere closer and even went to the original location to see if they could make it possible. Not the case. In order for us to make this happen, we had to have Roberta (client of why I rented the Uhaul to begin with) drive us to Eagle River, she is 87! This travel took double the time due to the road conditions, but we made it there. I can't tell you how disappointed i was in this entire process.Â There was roughly 4 hours of my time wasted, 4 hours of moving wages waisted, along with a lot of frustration & stress, and even unsafe situations.I don'tÂ know what I expectÂ to gain by this letter but I would certainly hope I could receive some compensation or refund because you are a reputable business.Please make sure this gets in the right hands, I am hoping for a follow up. The attending UHaul worker was excellent on all levels. Engaging, helpful, courteous, and serviced above expectations. Excellent rep of UHaul . 'Poster child' employee. I would hire her!

The â€˜sisters' were very friendly and helpful. I picked up the trailer on Friday, returned home on Sunday and called their office for help about the drop-off point. Very helpful, she said her phone is on all the time!

Internet in this area isn't good at all. Please allow locations to use any other options for returning equipment. The phone application didn't work when I brought it back. Very friendly and nice at both locations. Thanks Bryan
