DAVID S.My original drop off location was U-Haul neighborhood dealer located at 1911 Guess Rd, Durham, NC 27705. The owner was unhelpful and told me that he didn't have room in his lot to accept my rental and walked off. I was scheduled to drop off the rental at that location, however no further information followed. He was rude and could have been high on crack at the time. 0/10 would not recommend.
