I have used Uhaul for the past 40 years when relocating. This location is the WORST expereience I hae ever had in my life! So, the women who took my reservation asked me if I wanted to take the truck to the back and hook up the car tow, or if I wanted her to do it. I have no experience hooking up a car tow, the average American does not either! So, why would she ask me if I wanted to hook it up? Lazy! After she hooked up the car tow, I loaded my car onto it and the only trouble I had was threading the strap in the front that secures the tires. I walked back into the office and ask if she could help me with that; "we are not suppose to help" was her response, "sent you a video on how to do that." A video, are you fucking kidding me? Why would you ask someone to watch a fucking video when you have attendants onsite who should be able to help with a simpe fucking task? That is not only asinine, it is pure fuckign lazy. So, the women who work there are suppose to just sit on their fat asses and collect money. Also, the car two equipment was very rusty, had a very had time manipulating the anchors for the straps, equipment sucked. I thank God I made it to my destination 2 hours away without any issues. Then, after I filled the tank up and drop both the truck and car tow off at a Uhaul in my new city, you fuckers still chared me $10.00 for two gallons of gas. Are you fucking kidding me? YOU MONEY HUNGERY MOTHERFUCKERS! I WILL NEVER IN THIS LIFE USE UHAL AGAIN AND WILL WRITE THE OWNER OF THAT FUCKIG PLACE AND THE CORPORATE UHUAL OFFICE ABOUT MY TERRRIBLE EXPERIENCE. FUCK UHAL!!!
