Pick up was great, drop off easy, however the store didn't open at the time the store should have opened and I had to wait hours to get my refund. Nice people though and convenient location.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulFill the gas tank so I don't have to guess and end up returning it with more gas than I took it. Store hours not kept, pickup at 9 am scheduled, store not open until 9:20. I'm glad they had the equipment I needed but not my favorite U-Haul outlet.
Jeremy AService was fast and friction-free. Very happy with this location and the U-Haul service overall.
Edwin WThe truck was not cleaned, interior was not too bad, but outside was dirty, windshield and side windows were dirty. A warning light for tires was on continually and all they did at the pickup place was walk around the truck and hit the tires with a stick. The light was still on when we reached our destination.
terrill NArrived at 915 to pick up doors locked had to call waited 10 minutes .no gas in truck had to take to garage on empty ..
