The lady that helped me on the phone was super. I called at the last minute, which I do not like to do, and we were able to reserve the 6' x 12' trailer that I needed to finish my move.

No boxes or tape. Not using this location again. Also reserved truck at 1 price. Went to pick up reserve truck guy try’s to charge me over $500 more then the quote given to me. I have used uhaul several times. No more way over priced

I, not only was told I would be helped to get my vehicle on the tow dolly seeing as I have never used one before, I was told twice the day before I picked it up by two employees and the following day when I picked it up. I asked again about the vehicle, and I was told "just follow the instructions" needless to say I left the tow dolly at this location because I did not feel comfortable driving to my final destination with the tow dolly.

I was very disappointed that no one was willing to help me hook up the trailer! I'm a 60 year old woman and the guy just pointed me to across the street and said to make sure I was getting the one with the same numbers. Luckily another man was there hooking up his own rental trailer and he came over and helped me!

Have someone at the location at the time the reservation is for. Have the correct equipment without telling the customer that they either have to take what they have or drive 2hrs away, when your reservation was for a 10 ft but you forced to take a 20 ft.

The truck was returned in the night and the dealer did not know it was in. They found it and checked it out. The wipers needed replaced which they did. They did not clean the cab but my wife cleaned the cab before and after. We returned the truck in Colorado Springs but they would not credit us the $25 cleaning bonus. Truck ran fine and just turned over 17,000 miles when we picked it up. Only complaint no cruise control!

The Uhaul rep failed to tighten to trailer to the ball properly. The trailer jumped the ball on my hitch so we experienced real excitement trying to maneuver to the side of the road. The safety chains kept the truck from being flipped. No serious damage to my truck or trailer except the electrical cable which got chewed up. Enough Kansas dirt inside the trailer to grow potatoes. It needs a good hosing out

The staff took 30 minutes to find the order and seemed confused about how to process it. After finding the order, the staff member couldn't find the key for another 10 minutes. I spent nearly one hour waiting to check out the truck and I was the only UHaul customer in the store. I returned to the store to buy 15 more boxes and tape. The staff was confused about how to process the sale and just rang up the sale under the auto parts sales, instead of the UHaul sales. The price list was scribbled on a piece of scrap paper. I purchased two packs 2x Rolls of Packing/Mailing tape #4001 (Uhaul retail $5.25) because that was the only tape they had. The staff charged me $34.00 per pack for a total of $78.00. I was only provided a credit card receipt from the business, no itemized UHaul receipt. I questioned the price and they told me that was the price, but I could return it. This became a problem when I returned the tape at the drop-off location and they were only able to refund me the $5.25 value (staff at the drop-off location was great to work with). I was extremely disappointed with this particular UHaul experience, despite many good prior experiences.
