The employee who checked me in did not go out and physically check gas gage, nor did he go out and check truck with me to make sure there was no pre existing damage. When I returned truck I put gas back at what I seen when I first got truck, they charged me $24 more dollars for gas stating there was more in tank then what I put in. They said manager would contact me, never heard from manager. Suggestion find a different place to rent a uhaul.

Made reservation on Tuesday by phone, gave credit card info for my church, received a confirmation #. Driver arrived on Thursday gave confirmation #, persons at desk had no record of reservation, although I received a confirmation email, Driver had to use his personal card, and make new reservation, we have rented here on numerous occasions and never had such miscommunication and inefficient service

The customer service reps should be more attentive to customers who are waiting as this location tends to be slower than others. Employees are distracted by personal phone calls, and seem to need additional training on the app-based check in process. This would likely help speed up the process and create a better experience for customers. I would recommend this location because it is usually well stocked with vehicles and trailers and is easily accessible.

The truck that I reserved was not available. I even waited 4 additional hours waiting on the size that I needed. Settled on a much smaller truck.

The agent at the counter was very professional and I would rate her a high-quality for customer service the only concern I had is my receipt looks like I got charged for 4 gallons of fuel at $17 and which I put the fuel back exactly where I got it from and looks like I still may have been charged the cab of the truck was extremely dirty and the inside of the truck was not cleaned with a clean mop otherwise the contract and move went smoothly and the truck was returned on time in the same shape I received it in

This has no bearing on the employees at the location or the process. I was told that a picture copy of would needed to be taken. I was a taken back by this, because this was a 1st in my many rental with this location.I understand the policy. My issue is that the employees at my location were using their personal cell phone to take the pictures. The cell phones that Uhaul provides were not charged. I was told by the manager Crystal via phone that the information was not saved on the phones, but I could have a link sent to my phone and I do the upload. Problem solved. I my sales rep text me the link and I was off to up load my drivers license myself. But then I noticed something. I had to take the photo with my camera app then save the image to my camera roll to upload it to the site. If the employee used their phone to do this my info would have been saved on their phone until they personally purged it . This is not a safe practice for uhaul. As a customer I dont see it necessary for employees to use personal anything to conduct business. Also it least the employee and uhaul liable in the case of identity theft. Also I asked was there a digital scanner that could be used and there was not one. A digital scanner would be a solution to the cell phones not being properly maintained and having to use employee phones.

The whole staff from Saturday - Sunday was very accommodating. There was an issue with my reservation for a 26 footer. Unfortunately it was not on service, Crystal assisted me and I greatly appreciated her and everyone else.
