My wife dropped the trailer off. The lady inside told her to park it and unhitch it herself. The parking lot is small and very crowded. The lady never came out to help guide her into a tight space or help her life the trailer off of the hitch. This is completely unacceptable. What is my wife was an older person and could not lift the trailer. If BJs Bait shop is going to be a drop off location, they should be willing to get off of their butt and come outside to help.

Robert TI guess make sure the owner sees your receipt . For the gas you put in the tank before Dropping it off.We did tell the Lady. .It was a feed store. There were no gas pumps. Not sure why they would have driven it some where to put gas in it? I won’t recommend them.
