Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI was charged for an extra 2 days although I had already turned in the vehicle. Luckily I had photos and was able to file a claim to get refunded the money back. When I reached out to the location I was told to just call U-Haul very rudely.
Joi SHas a worker in the location and has an application that works. The app did not work, too. OMG everything was horrible with you!
Nubia SDeerfield thrift was closed. Even though hours were posted as open the store was not. Had to do after hours drop off which was a hassle. Then I was charged $6,75 extra for fuel when I returned it with the same exact fuel as when I rented it.
Jonathan SThe entire experience was regrettable
