Lady who rented out dolly has horrible attitude. Very rude during service. I would never recommend her to anyone. Not professional and kept saying they are closed at 12:30pm when the U haul website stated 9-2pm and there was no hour sign and open sign was displayed at door. Rushed us during the whole rental process.

The people at new frontier rentals were extremely courteous and helpful, as was the staff at big z travel center when I dropped the dolly off.
