The person at the location (store) could not even direct me to the location of the lock box for the key. He was not very familiar with the rental process. I finally found the lock box; it was at the corner of the building, mounted about 5'8" off the ground. So it's difficult to spot. My height is 6'2", and I struggled to enter the code because it was just above my eye level. Anyone shorter would have had a very difficult time turning the tumblers to enter the code. The back of the truck was not cleaned out from its previous use; there was old wrapping plastic and an empty wooden palette in the back, which I removed and just threw on the parking lot behind the truck.

The Uhal was not clean on the inside or outside when I picked it up. The appliance dolly was not there. When I ask for help the person there just kind of shrugged and said I could drive to the main store.
