Mud all over the truck. Less than half a tank of gas so I filled it back to where it was and got charged for 2 gallons of fuel. Maybe if truck was full it could be returned full instead of you deciding it 2 gallons short in your favor

Angela DI ordered my pick up to be in Sanford but was called the day before and told that it wasn't going to ready at the time I planned to pick up so I had to go to Debary to pick up the truck. It was a small run down gas station and the employee told me he didn't have the dolly I needed for the move. He reimbursed me for the dolly but I was frustrated knowing I would have to find a dolly before I could get started. I called multiple locations which didn't have any dollys. I was very upset to have this inconvenience on a very stressful moving day. Once I got to the house and opened the back, there was a dolly and blankets. So all the stress of trying to figure out what to do was pointless. I was relieved to have a dolly, but annoyed that I spent the previous hour calling around and worrying about how I was going to make the move work without one.
