Close to interstate. This was my best UHaul experience. They let me know the pickup would be in front. Closely located to reasonable gas stations. Very clean inside and the bed of truck. Encourages customers to keep it that way. Good riding EQUIPT the accessories for Technical equiptment. The garage clean Customer service agents knowedgable common courtesy and fluffed up from clean product accessories at good prices .deals visible, like return boxes. Paperwork pkged and neat good pricing and grateful Customers like myself. Diverse agents professional attentive and consistent reservation contace. I reserved a 15’ truck over a week in advance. Upon arriving at the location, I was told that I had been rerouted to another location and that I had been notified previously. I absolutely was not. I went to the other location and the truck was not there. I was told that a truck would not be available until the latter half of the day, which was simply unacceptable. I reserved that size truck at a specific time for a reason: It was moving day and I had a schedule to keep. I was given a 10’ truck which BARELY fit everything I needed to move that day. I am extremely dissatisfied with U-Haul because of this and I am EXTREMELEY unlikely to book a rental truck from u-haul again.

Contract was held and to be paid for with credit card and they charged driver for truck without checking computer first as this was started at the Linden Ave in Dayton but last minute changed to 3rd street Dayton.

Young Lady at counter during pick up was bored, slow, and yawning. This was at noon! She forgot to supply me with the dolly I rented so I had to make do in the move without it, which made it all take more time. Usually the staff is very good. Check out fella was the usual high standard.

The only issue I have is I rented the vehicle on our Dryden Road location, a day after I received the confirmation email Uhaul then moved it to another location a little farther away. It cost me some extra time in a little extra money which I really didn't want to spend. The next time when renting a vehicle the correct location should be given up front

Still concerned that I will be charged twice as customer service member noticed that I was charged for two dolly's. (the original equipment rental and alternate store both charged my card). This could have been handled better, I feel with more communication between stores. The second location I was forced to pick up equipment at, had no idea why I was there or how to dispatch the equipment. The manager had to assist the customer service rep (at the Craig store) after he was done helping several customers in his line. This was an additional 45 minutes to receive equipment, in addition to the 1hr wasted at the Oso Blanco store that did not have the original equipment. Overall satisfaction is very low, to disappointing. The only thing that was good, was the equipment (once I finally got to it) worked well, was well maintained with good tires.

If you order online then it should be ready at date of pick up for use. No matter what time it is. I orderes 2 weeks in advance, got lied to, and had to travel two different uhaul locations to pick up what i rented. No one communicates u less you are in person on the spot. I asked if my truck and trailer would be ready the day of and was told both would be at one location. Told i was going to get free miles for going to 2 uhaul locations... and didnt... much room for improvements
