Had multiple issues with the trailer lights. They would come on and off. I was told by roadside assistance to go to Walmart and purchase lights and stick them on the trailer to make it home or sit and wait for 2 hours for someone to show up. Had to drive from Georgia all the way back to Ohio at 10 o’clock at night with no lights. I managed to get brake lights to work but no marker side likes or running lights worked.

those 26 f trucks burning fuel more then semi trucktor traile 70 f 80,000 pound im a truck driver over 7 years i travel lot but i will never ever rent again or recommend to anybody its just empty's are packet ..........i spend over $450 only for 1050 miles its crazy and my load was very light when they give me the truck at the pick up location they just know one think charge the fee and give the truck i told them there is a oil leak on the axle hub they said fine if its looks like that :) i just lough they just need more training

Take care of your customers. I was charged twice in addition to a hold being placed. I downloaded app, returned vehicle and it asked me if I wanted charge to remain on card. I said yes. Two days later I received another charge for same amount. Employee did not assist me in resolving this. I had to go to my bank and dispute charge.

I didn't have a myuhaul account so I wasn't sure what to do when I returned the truck after hours (except for putting the keys into the drop slot). Happily they checked it in for me in the morning.

Everything was fine but there wasnt a drop box for the key when i returned the truck. We looked everywere couldnt fine one. Just need a drop box at return area thanks.

I was not informed of the change of location of pickup until after I drove 20 minutes north to pickup a trailer in troy. Then drove 40 minutes south to finally my trailer. I was told I would receive a 50 credit for all of my trouble. They even called and got an approval of this, but I have yet to receive a credit. Please let me know where this stands.

I was disappointed with the truck I got, the gas mileage of the truck was very very poor, for 31.2 miles it took around 7.5 gallons of gas. and the return process is so cumbersome, I can't able to return after hours.

I would realign the entrance ramp with the rental return bays. We had a very difficult time getting the 26 foot truck onto the lot and into one of the rental equipment return lanes.

I was told, and confirmed email I could pick the truck up Sunday morning, early pick up with keys available in a box. Then, Saturday was told otherwise, I couldn't pick them up until 9 and NO ONE could explain why the had been told that or how it was confirmed by email. The East 3rd location told me when I asked where to drop the truck at my destination, that if have to look it up myself, seriously? I had to rearrange my entire day and the days of those helping me because of the screw up with pick up time. Very poor service and very unprofessional. Sincerely, Thomas MacDonald

Received the smaller version of the cargo van requested, which resulted in extra trips and mileage to complete tasks. Took about 20 minutes to find someone to return the van. Not interested in using this location or U-Haul again.

There was only one employee working when we arrived to pick up the truck and we had a hard time finding him. I was also displeased at UHaul's new ID policy, which was not clearly stated, so I didn't have additional IDs with me for the pick up. Not a very smooth experience.
