Terrible experience. The employee who was supposed to help me hook up the trailer scratched my car’s bumper with it, and his only reaction was, “Oh, I think I just scratched your car.” He then clearly didn’t know how to connect the trailer properly. Instead of crossing the safety chains underneath and attaching them to the hitch, he just wrapped them around the trailer tongue because they were too long, which is genuinely dangerous. To top it off, this location didn’t have the wiring connector needed for the trailer lights, so I was sent to another U-Haul location to get one. That meant driving about 15 minutes with no trailer lights at all. Between the damage to my car, the unsafe hookup, and the missing equipment, I would not recommend this location.

Blake GThe employee was very considerate and helpful. The area of town was shady. Inside the store was clean but the area around the store wasn't so clean.
KAREN FIt was a liquor store, with no other uhauls in the parking lot, he struggled to get the truck checked in.
Joe SGreat service at the pickup location and truck was in great condition!
