I picked the trailer up in Darwin. Before I left I asked the agent if it would work to drop it off in Paynesville. She said that ×it would be fine. I dropped it off the same afternoon in Paynesville. There was no one at the Paynesville location. I shouldn't be charged for the drop off site.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulPerfect drop off for me. Dropped trailer off before open hours. Can’t rate personal at drop off time because I dropped it off during odd hours.
DANIEL DThe woman I interacted with treated me like a massive inconvenience. The actual Uhaul rep failed to communicate with me about my rental being 4 hours late for pick up. The only reason I even picked up the truck was because I kept calling and tracking people down for answers.
Erin HMy one way reservation became a round trip, not sure where. That caused everyone a lot of time to correct. Fix the glitch! Your customer service rep said that's happened more than once recently. Not only my reservation changed.
Daniel SStaff don’t know their jobs, equipment was dirty, I had to clean before use, the lady was rude.
