They did not inspect truck when it was brought in. I stopped and put fuel to 1/4 tank as required and get a receipt showing y’all are trying to charge additional 60+ dollars for fuel? Bad business and will choose another and recommend another company for this alone.

Henry SSupposedly closes at 6p, showed up 5:50, plenty of time to drop off- they just said they dint do recpts and to drop the trailer off behind a gate, which was blocked by a truck. Had to call the help line to get a note put on my account to actually feel like I dropped the trailer off and still had to leave the trailer outside their gate and hope that that was enough. It was the complete opposite of my experience with the pick up location- no signage to indicate where exactly the uhaul desk was, I was only able to find it bc their were obviously others who dropped off in front of the gate besides the truck- id give it 0 stars but maybe they can figure it out- moving is stressful enough without having worry about the dropoff of equipment
RICHARD RThough the personnel was busy, he gave clear instructions that assisted with the drop off
