Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulFirst I had to call to get someone to assist during business hours, when attendant arrived be aware that he does not honor options chosen during check in - the guy there don’t ask for ID or confirms if you want to rent without insurance he automatically added without me authorizing found out until I got the emailed receipt, only two 6’x12’ trailers available & the first one had clothes and several articles in it probably someone had slept in it, second one the door hinge was broken and I had to take it since I was already running late from waiting for him to open, location is in a bad area of near downtown, I called customer service and they called him and he lied saying that he did confirm coverage on equipment which he never did, be aware of this location overcharging - it’s about $8.00 but if he was to check my rental history he would see I’m not new to the system as I do rent between $3k/$5k throughout the year for my business, my bank has been informed and will deal with the overcharge, I DO NOT’ recommend renting from this place, should of believed previous reviews before going with this rental…
Efrain MNo one was here to receive the equipment and give Information

Gustavo OI chose mobile pick up for a 730 pickup. Turns out center does not do Mobile pickups. Waited till 9a until shop opened but place did not open until 915. Truck was jammed behind other trucks on the lot. Gas tank was near empty, I had to fill up immediately after departing the facility.
