Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe parking is kind of treacherous to back a 15’ van. Either all the rentals should include a back up camera or the vans should be parked backed up. Not everyone is used to driving a big van without seeing what’s happening behind them
Nishanth SThey provided clear instructions for the rental truck
Hue SVery easy to manage.
elizabeth aI would like to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the operator of the U-Haul facility located at Lincoln Avenue and Valley View Street in the City of Cypress. This gentleman is truly one of the nicest, kindest, and most professional people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He is such a kind soul, and his customer service was exceptional. I called the facility, and he answered the phone immediately. He listened to what I needed, accommodated my request without hesitation, and made the entire process incredibly easy. I was in and out within just a few minutes. It was a super-smooth, professional, and pleasant transaction from beginning to end. Thank you, U-Haul, for having such wonderful people representing your company. And a very special thank-you to this gentleman for his kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. People like him make a real difference.
