I picked up the trailer on a Sunday. The earliest pickup time on the U-HAUL site was 9 am. I chose that time and showed up 9 am. The staff told me the person that took care of the rentals did not come in until 11. Someone other that the “normal person” was able to get the trailer checked out and hooked up for me. U-Haul and this store need to get their times straight as far as when rentals can be checked out

Jeana SAuto Transport was old. Ratchet was rusty, difficult to operate & needed WD40. Brakes squealed. Your software is terrible, not Ace's fault. Captha does not work correctly & should be replace with more modern human checks. Should not require a 2nd phone number. And, I could not update my phone number because it wanted text verify, no email verify for a phone number - chat line was no good, nor a phone call to Uhaul's customer service. They changed the phone # on my order, but did not on my account. I do not have texting.
brian sBetter signage at the location, so U-haul business can be found. Had to stand for several minutes in line waiting for hardware customers to check out before being directed to the U-haul business desk.
