Be more acustom to the company. Employee admitted she was new to this and didn't know much. She put in the drop off location wrong and I had to phone to change it. Didn't know the process of leaving and that I only had 30mins to change the contract after leaving the property.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI booked 2 months in advance for pick up in Didsbury so Crossfield was the next closest to Sundre. Plus my son picked up the truck and had to do a turnaround or the like to get out so I personally cannot really comment on your Crossfield spot.

Monica BThey are dealer not full fledged store. Didn't allow us to get into premises though weather was challenge, cool windy. Asked us to sit in our own car insuch challenged weather condition, but was not feasible to exchange conversation to complete rental possession process. I Do not prefer this location.
UMESH PThere was no office, and it felt like I was disturbing the woman. Also, my refund was wrong, and was told to get it from the pickup location, then was told it was the drop off location. I still haven’t received it!
