I asked for a handcart when I booked but one wasn't included. Not a big deal I guess. The guys at the store were super polite though.

Poor experience overall. Waited an hour and twenty minutes before the store clerk called his manager that was able to do my order in 10 minutes. Granted my order was initially a self-serve order, however my phone location could not be found which was only 10-15 minutes of the issue. The U-Haul manager that was contacted was very helpful and resourceful, but the in-store staff left me feeling frustrated. As once I got into the truck the low tire pressure indicator came on, leaving me to stop at the closest gas station to fill the tire with air. Not a good experience.

Harry D.Truck ran well was clean reservation for truck was at 12 pm we didn't get the key until 1235 ...very slow process not sure if it was the gentleman's computer causing that but was far too long of a wait. Otherwise all was ok.
Krissy D.BE HONEST OVER THE PHONE ABOUT MILEAGE RATE!! I called head office in advance and a representative told me it would be $25 for the rental plus gas… now I get my receipt and it's 100 bucks because $43 is mileage fee. This is BS. NEVER COMING BACK!!
