They told me I could use the app to check it. Wrong! It was broken. The truck was misfiring as well. Said I could drop off with the app. Wrong! The worst experience ever

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI goggled U Haul on Lancaster St and was led on a wild goose chase. Should have used Alliance Storage.
Lawrence VThis was not the drop-off location I had selected in my reservation. Please do not TELL customers that their chosen drop-off location has been changed. Rather, ASK if they might be willing to drop off at a different location. Give the customer the option. I was told to drop off at this location instead of the closer location in my reservation. My chosen location would have been open at the time I needed to drop off, but this drop-off location was CLOSED. I got a text from U-Haul with a link for Self Return of equipment, but the link (http://uhaul.com/s/500392A9D8) did not work. ("The page you are trying to access does not exist.") Luckily, although this location was closed, a manager happened to be present. On her cameras she noticed me looking lost and confused. She kindly came out to help, and quickly processed the equipment return for me.
