Great Job by the staff although there was a little bit of a paperwork snafu, but it was handled fine. I will use this location again and recommend others in my area to it.

I have to be honest, I usually rent from Penske. They have immaculate trucks that are in top running shape as well as beautifully cleaned shape. The Uhaul trucks that I have rented before are usually pretty worn and sometimes the mechanics of the truck are a little questionable, but the folks are really nice at Uhaul!

The girl at the counter was unfriendly, and has poor customer service skills. She never smiled, said thank you and want polite all. The truck was dirty on the outside, but the guy on the outside was very nice. When I returned the truck it took to long for someone to come out and assist me. I called one hour later to tell them I had left my bag, and was told someone would call me back but they never did.

I wanted to rent a trailer in Corona, CA. They told me that, even though I was adamant that I would be dropping it off in Arizona that night, I had to pay for 3 days. What the fuck kind of sense does that make? It was a Sunday, and I had no other choice but to agree to this absurd condition or not have a trailer.

On the busiest saturday morning there was only ONE person working. Took me 2+ hours to get my reserved truck. My day was completely set back and messed up. I will never come here again.

Frist there was only one person in the office. The waite was for 30 minutes then out side there was just 0ne person too. So it took another 30 minutes to get my equipment I rented. It was alone of work for this two staff members. Other then that it was ok.

This location was short-handed on Saturday morning, the big moving day of the week. The line was long and progress was slow. Having additional staff on Saturday mornings would help with the glut of people who are moving. On the plus side, staff had a good attitude even if customers did not. Also, I reserved a vehicle and gave a 7 AM pick-up time. I was late. When I got to the desk, I was told my reservation was given to another person because I was late. It would be helpful if there was a clearer warning that after a certain period of time, your reservation is in jeopardy and your vehicle will be given to another person. I lost out on a 20' vehicle, but staff was able to set me up with a 15' vehicle from the lot, which worked out in the end.

All of the people who work here are great, it was not anyone’s fault. My issue stems from my overall experience. I signed up for the online check in to save time in line. There was a poster at the location that even said to do it. However once you get there you have to wait in the same line to get the keys. I had to wait over 30 minutes to show someone the screen on my phone and get the keys which took less than 3 seconds. Oh and I still had to bring it back by 1pm...Then when I returned the rental I first took it to fill the gas tank back to where it was when I got it and the fill was busted. It took 20 minutes to put 6-7 gallons in the van. Pretty frustrating.

The truck that was given to me ran well, but it was really dirty. Could barely see out the windows. If you do not have time to wash the entire truck before renting it, at least clean the windows, mirrors and headlights.

There was a line of about 10 us prior to the 9AM store opening. An hour sooner on a weekend day would have been great. Thanks. PS: The truck ran very well and the gas mileage was not bad.

The staff getting the vehicle were rude. I had to wait while another customer that came after me was helped before me even though I was told by the man working at 11:00 am that I was next. It was more convenient for him. I shouldn't have had to wait so long for help while 2 different people came and sat behind the counter and were just checking the computer and after 10 minutes they went to go do something else. Customer service was POOR. I rushed to return the vehicle before the store closed even though I had to wait to be served while you had at least 3 workers and then I had to wait for the vehicle. The only friendly worker who was quick to help was the guy that checked in the vehicle at 6:50 PM when I returned it.

Made a move to Tenn. From calif. Tried to get the twenty footer w a insert for towing my box trailer to make it in one trip since I had to tow my fifth wheel with my truck. U haul corona said they only rent those local. So I made two trips. Got the uhaul on the second trip for the rest of the household goods and to tow my trailer w my truck. They upgraded me to the twenty footer with out additional cost. It was the one with the insert they told me they only rent local. This cost me two trips cross country. Unbelievable.

I wanted to rent the UHaul for 24 hrs. I was scheduled for pick-up at 4pm to 4pm the next evening, and when I went to pick-up at a repair shop on 6th St, they were closed. I contacted UHaul and they sent me to a different location on 6th St to pick-up another truck with the condition that I return by 1pm which is less than 24hrs. I called the next day because I was running late with the truck and the lady let us have until 4pm which was great. Upon return, I waited 25 minutes to check in and no one came to check us in, so I went in and the lady behind the front desk never looked at me (watching TV in the lobby) and said to leave the keys on side door and an email will be sent. I did and an hour later, I received a call from UHaul starting I have to return the truck because another party reserved at 6pm. I was quite frustrated. I didn't bother to call back because your surveillance camera shows I was there on time and waiting too long for check-in.

Make sure that all the equipment the customer reserved are available at pick up. I ordered an appliance dolly and a regional manager even called me a day before pick up to verify that but when I arrived at the re-assigned pick up location, no dolly for me!
