Overall great service. The truck I rented had an empty gas tank when I picked it up, I understand the locals like to help themselves to the gas from the trucks. I suggest locking gas caps.
I had to return the first truck before I did my move because the left mirror fell off. The second truck worked well until I went to fuel it and gas poured out the bottom of the truck. Are these vehicles safe?
1. Need Parking lot for customer rather than parking on the street. One customer car's window was smashed. 2. The person checked my rented truck back in mis-read odometer reading & overcharged me for over $ 1300. I had to come back to the office to talk to the owner to straighten it out. 3. Should provide the customer the receipt once the equipment is returned
Nothing, this is the place. Customer service was exceptional in every way: courteous staff, prompt, professional and very efficient. Truck was clean and in great shape. Instructions were clear and the whole experience was easy. Thank you!

Locations were changed and employee was unprofessional
The truck I rented should be taken off the road. Front end shutters terribly when stopping and the A/C didn't work.
Guy at check out told me no trucks were available After checking app I booked one outside in like 5 minutes. Went back in and checked out thru another person. The guy who told me didn't have any more trucks just stared at me like I did something wrong Then another guy brought me up a truck was gone in 10 minutes. Pretty much your counter guy sucked and did not know what his job really was
Overall, my experience with U Haul customer service had been always good , except the day that I came early ( 10am) to pick up my trailer reservation. The desk person was good in helping me except a unknown young male guy behind him who was rude and unprofessional. He was laughing loud when I describe to the desk person that the lady who help was an old Lady. He was not even the person who was helping me. This kind of employee behaviors are a the ones that gives bad reputation on a company. I suggest that the management should address this issue to prevent further future problems with other customer. I been always happy doing transaction with Uhaul and I will continue to stay with Uhaul for any other future rental transaction.
The larger trainer I had reserved, confirmed and douple checked on was not ever made available to me. I had to wait over an hour and finally you had a very small trail that I was forced to take. The cost me a great deal of time and money. I had people I paid waiting to move my office that made to stand around an wait then their were several thing I need to move that did not fit. I will NEVER rent from UHaul again and will tell everyone I not have poorly you handled my reservation. So disappointed in your lack of communication this could have all be prevented if you would have notified me the morning of my rental and allowed me the opportunity to go to a different location but you waiting until I cam for the pick up to tell me and still keep me waiting for over an hour. As a business owner I know the importance of customer service and you DO NOT!
