Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulVery surprised at the final bill. I followed the guidance to fill up the tank right before coming and still I was charged an extra $60 for gas. Just previously I filled it up with $51 to get it back to the same point where I started.
BARRY MThis is definitely the worst truck I have rented. The A/C didn't work, blew hot air. Some of the blowers didn't work at all. Some speakers didn't work. I had to use my own Bluetooth speaker. The head lights were not secure and would bounce around whenever we hit a bump; so loose that it would change the directions it was pointed. Something is up with the 4-pin for towing. It sparked when I plugged in and blew my trailer lights. Keep in mind my trailer was fine when I towed it to the where the U-haul was parked. I had to go to Home Depot and pay out of my pocket for new lights. The guy at the location was uninterested when I returned the truck.
paul cIt was confusing and not clear where to park or place the key. There are 2 similarly named 'Global' businesses next door to each other. I had to go to the correct lot and take about 10 photos late at night. This was also a different location than I was told to go on the phone. Vs where I was told on the app.
