Train employees. She had no idea what to do. Left without any paperwork or guidance at all. She just handed the key over and didn't say a word. Very unprofessional.
Peggy GPerson at pick up location had no idea how to process the pick up and take payment. Took me an hour after scheduled pick up time to complete the process. Instead of the pick up location contacting someone for assistance. I had to, and the guy helping me was rude and condescending.

TERESA BVery nice lady behind counter who tried to help in every way. But, me and my wife arrived at the exact time of reservation yet it took us over an hour to finally get our truck. Also had ordered an appliance dolly and they didn’t have one. The process to pick up a truck should be a bit easier!
