I was so impressed with the cleanliness and modernity of the truck- It handled beautifully - I recently helped my dad drive his RV back from Texas to Ohio and your truck handled so much more smoothly. My only wish is that it would have had cruise control. My right foot and leg got stiff after driving so long.

This is less to do about the location but more so about the self-check-in experience which is recommended when you reserve the truck. IT TAKES FOREVER!!! I reserved the truck during store hours so not sure why I had to do self-check-in. Additionally, for some reason, I needed to have TWO points of verification in case I decided to take off with the truck where they call someone that you know. The rep Marquita was extremely rude to my mother so I won't be using this service again. There are a lot of options out there and it was a hassle to use Uhaul.
Had some problem getting un hitched. But it finally came off. Attendant said she would get that fixed before the next rental.

Just looked on contract that they didnt have me sign and it says $20 if returned after hours. That's a lot of money for them not going over it or making sure you know. Typically you can return after hours at no cost. Uhual has added online check in and out thats kinda clunky. Get a uhual for 24 hours and pay over 20% more if you return it before they open? 2 star rating
Equipment rented and employees were very good and helpful. My poor rating has more to do with the security of the check in process. On sign in, I understand that you need my drivers license. But your employees are taking photos of my driver's license with their personal phones. I objected, but I needed the equipment more than I needed my security at the moment. Employees should not be taking photos of customer's ODLs with with their own equipment. Uhaul should be providing employees with the secure equipment needed to process customer transactions This system is not secure. There is no way for the customer or Uhaul to verify whether the employee is saving that information to their own phone, selling it, or otherwise stealing that information for improper use. I would appreciate a reply message about this. I will not use this location again until this practice changes. Thanks, Sean McGovern

The only thing I had a issue with is not enough places to strap my load down in side the trailer. The rails inside are stapled and glued and I'm not getting charged for repair to something that's just a bump rail... but yeah for safety points, tie downs on the trailer walls would be great
This return experience was extremely good. An employee greeted me right there in the equipment return line and promptly looked over my truck and trailer and performed the return. I didn't need to wait in any lines or even go inside the store. He was also very courteous and professional. The parking lot was huge and not necessarily easy to find where I needed to go, but I figured it out before too long.
The staff who checked me in also Did my return and the gentleman was very nice, professional, and also through.
I found the directions confusing when it came to where to get the key. Mostly problems with the app vs the location itself.
Due to Uhaul (Chris Arndt, GM Sinclair rd Columbus. I will dispute as fraud the overcharge, lies, and disrespect. Never will I use Uhaul again. USAA fraud dept is now involved.
Both the pick up and the return went very well.
I rented a 6 x 9 enclosed trailer - the breaks on the trailer failed to work and pushed me into the intersection coming off the freeway. I push so hard on my breaks, it blew the brake line. I was able to limp it to my daughters apartment, found a place to fix it ($550), called AAA, who towed it there. When I returned the trailer, your staff didn't know that the trailer even had breaks even through it says it right on the trailer, and didn't care that they didn't work. Best of luck to the next person that rents it!
Though I tried to do the online pick up I still had to wait in like for several minutes and talk with someone at the desk to get the keys.
I forgot to check the mileage before I went out. I drove less than 20 miles but had to pay for over 60 miles. It was my fault for not double checking the mileage so I did not bother to argue with the location, but still this small task cost more than it should have. It really took away from what was overall excellent service.

This location was absolutely fantastic. Huge thank you and shout out to Austin and Kylie and the whole staff. You all are fantastic and we're life savers for me this weekend. I will be using you guys next time I move and recommending you to all of my friends moving here in Columbus.
I called U-Haul to change drop off location as pick up person gave me location which was 11 mile away from where i was going. But everyone pass on my phone calls, I called 4 times but no one helped me to change drop off locatin. Even i called this drop off place and explained that you are 11 mile away from my place and here in 0.5 mile there is U-Haul location could you please change that.But person said no i can't . Even 1-800 personnel says they can't. How is this sservice who doesn't listen to customer.
