VÃctor M R.I ordered a dolly and it was not on the truck. Also pick up and drop off was a very long process. My reservation time was changed without my knowledge.
Danielle L.Please keep up with your orders. I submitted my request a week prior to my move day, when I arrived at 9:30 to pick up the truck, the keys weren't ready. I rescheduled for 3:30, they put my reservation as 4:30 and when I arrived the keys STILL were not ready. The man at the counter told me he knew I had made the reservation, but "never got around to setting up the keys".
