Fast check out service at this facility but, before we could locate a place to weigh our truck empty after unloading our household goods or “HHG” as the military refer to our belongings & then, finding a fuel station close to drop off facility reserved we have wasted an hour, extra mileage & increased fuel costs prior to our designated return time. We that do military moves would like the ability to return to weight our trucks at our original pick up location after loading our HHG and then, after unloading our HHG we have the ability to weight truck unloaded and receive a final receipt at checkout location showing the mileage & weights from both locations on one receipt at checkout. I believe most Military personnel would use these types of U-Haul facilities rather than constantly looking for places to weigh our HHG during our Military moves for reimbursement purposes. I believe the Military community would prefer to reserve their moving trucks or trailers at a facility with the weight system at designated pick-up locations and drop off locations. We will most likely to spend more money plus the extra mileage, time & fuel money looking for weight stations than being give a facility that has these weight station on premises.

this location needs better and more parking, access to the office is unsafe due to traffic from main road and poor entrance to very limited parking. the employees were fantastic and performed their duties really well

The representative I dealt with was the general manager. His attitude was not the best, his tone made him seem aggravated. He did not go over the terms of the contract with me before I paid. I was under the assumption that I was just paying for the service before signing anything. I believe he should have told me the mileage limit before the transaction was completed. I wanted to negotiate the mileage because the place I moved to was 50 miles away, and 52 miles of use was not enough. Now I am having to pay extra because a general manager did not have a great sense of care for his customers. Additionally, another employee was needing assistance from the general manager and that employee was being unprofessional by the comments he was making. Furthermore, the truck was not cleaned. It smelt like cigarettes and had cigarette ashes on the driver side door. Overall, it seemed like it was poorly ran.

Your staff was horrible. Not very well informed. Equipment was not checked for proper safety. Two dolly straps were dry rotted. The straps broke on the freeway as we were driving and the car shifted to one side , and we had to pull over. We waited 2hrs. for a uhaul road assistance man to come replace the straps that should have already been done. People could have been hurt or killed. SHAME ON ALL OF YOU. I wat a full compensation of all my money. Including the 160.00 I had to pay because they said we owed it. BULL. I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK!!! Also, there may be some damage to my van. I want that paid for in full. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Only one person on staff. Truck was supposed to be at box Rd then was changed to 10th Ave without notifying me at all. Truck was dirty and was not what I expected.

I did not have any dealings with the personnel at this location because I dropped off after hours so I cant actually rate it. I will say however, I was not satisfied that I had to use this location in the first place. When I made my reservation online, I requested a different drop off location that was closer to where I moved to. When I contacted uhaul to try and change to the drop off location I wanted, was told I couldn't because they needed the truck at that site.

Nothing. The CSR was attentive and accommodating. We rented in advance and notice a nail in the tire, prior to out departure --and your location was booked for all vehicles. However, the CSR without skipping a beat, researched options and focused on getting us out of their quick and efficiently. We truly appreciate the awesome service provided by these CSR. The CSR who cleans the car was even helpful when we could not get the lockbox to open not affirm the vehicle. Saturdays are busy days for everyone, but the CSR at this location took the stress out of the negotiations and worked together to get the job done!! WELL DONE!!!

The lot was completely packed full. Had to wait 15 min in the street before I could pull in. Not one single employee greeted me or offered to help so I did the online drop off. Went to leave the keys in the drop box and the drop box was unlocked and open so I didn’t want to leave the key there. Had to go inside and wait another 15 min for an employee to leave the keys with. Would not recommend this location at all.
