Worst experience ever! I had a reservation for the UHAUL on Zimalcrest (off of St. Andrews Rd) but received a text 30 minutes prior to pickup that the pickup location had been changed. I was charged over $100 for the mileage since the pickup location was so far away. I WILL NOT be using UHAUL again.

Close it down. Worthless asf turned it in the day before it was due and they didn't put it in until the day after it was expired. So they charged me late fees. 956$ is what they tried to pull from my account, not even a notification nothing. Also they dont do payments so best they could do was 856$ on promx. Also fuck you uhual Jewish ran business.. your not putting your nose in my fucking wallet, especially when you dont notify before you try pulling that kinda money out randomly from people's bank accounts. Also failure to notify vehicle drop off after being told first time using uhual in general
