Windshield washer fluid instead of water. Wiper blades need replaced, windows needed cleaning, and rubber around driver's door needs glued in place or replaced. It is falling off. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Before even renting a U-haul I calculated the millage of what it was going to cost for my trip and the return to the facility- 19.68 miles. So I prepaid for 20. Before leaving the facility I took a photo on my camera phone of the mileage in my U-haul. The Odometer read 005338. Upon returning to the facility, it read 005358. Now to me that is 20 miles. Apparently they had wrote down 005337 from the last trip, and told me I should have checked my paperwork before leaving. The brochure they handed me- they folded the "invoice" up and stuck it inside - handed it to me and told me to have a nice day. Not that I needed to verify millage, not that I needed to bring it back filled up, nothing. So while had a cab meter running to pick me up, I had to run to a gas station to add $1.37 of gas to bring it back up a hair to the line. Also someone needs to check in on them because the lock box check in system does not work in their location and you have to navigate your way through a laundry mat to find out where you are going? The Van drove great and was really clean. Will NOT return.

The truck I was initially give required major repairs. I noted the engine light was on and mentioned it to the person working and he replied that the light was on because the truck needed routine maintenance. There appeared to be some issues with the thermostat and the truck was running hot. I called the 1-800 number as advised to do at the pickup location and was told to drive the truck back, since I had drove it from the location and with it being a Sunday I would have a long wait. Needless to say, we almost didn't make it to Red Door. Luckily, we were near the location when the truck decided to finally stop. This was one of the worst experiences of my life. It cost us valuable moving time and man power. The staff wasn't very sympathetic at all. It was just business as usual. Not a good business practice.

There was at least a quart of water on the loft surface. . Then we noticed the chalking in the upper corner, so it must have been a problem previously. Huge plums of white spewing from the exhaust pipe most of the time the engine was running.

This is a good place friendly people ,but every time I use them my card is always billed twice 1 for the deposit &1 for the actual bill and I have to either tell them it is still showing on my account or go to the bank usually 5 or more day before it get straighten out it has to be a better way so I want be billed twice of putting my money on hold

Uhaul did a great job, fast service, great customer service. The location was in a great area. So i can't see anything that need to be changed. Uhaul Reps took care of all my questions. I needed to get a closer location to drop the truck off and they found one right near the storage unit that i rented. K. June

Uhaul was updating program and attendant couldn't get into system and he had to call someone to be able to rent the truck which was important as I had loaders coming in 1 hour. Very helpful and understanding.

The location is a bit tough to get in and out of. But the staff is great! The people using the laundry facility were very rude and no parking because of them.
