The biggest thing that I think U-Haul needs to do is have all their trucks with the fuel tanks on full so that the customers can return the trucks with a full tank it is so difficult to take the truck back with the right amount of fuel I always over fuel them

Was no helped out hooking up trailer. Was not advised of certain time to return to other location. Walked back with me and never did a walk around. I had to do the light check, he was super slow at his job, no care in the world.

Be honest. Do not cheat customers for just 5 to 7 dollars. Its not a question of money but trust. You do such great job and lot of people need you. Maintain your rapport and value people and customers.

I was over charged for I opt out of the insurance when asked but was still charged. The estimated amount was withdrawn from my card instead of the actual amount I was told that I would have to wait for a manager to call so u haul have my money on hold I'm very upset about this

The first visit, the attendant did not know how to work the computer system and was unable to process our rental, even after waiting for 30 minutes while he "tried" to figure it out. We left our number with him to call when he completed the request. We never received a call. The second day there was a different worker and he was extremely helpful.

Poor customer service, start mileage is not accurate, I didn't check cause I think Uhaul should be accountable, not true, I know exactly how many miles I used unless google map lies to me which I don't think so. Paid for it but don't expect me back.

The owner of the truck did not want to rent to me for 4 days, stated I was taking money away from him due to he only rents out for maximum 8 HOURS. After telling him the personal situation and the fact his employee already put into system he allowed it. BUT the return date and time that I wanted to return it was not given, they put it in a day earlier. We returned the truck the night before it was due. We were charged for the fourth day AND had additional 25.14 charge taken from my debit card...we swept out the truck twice!

Our scheduled pick up time was 9:30 and the truck wasn't there. Clerk called previous renter only to find out approx time of return and found out he had called uhaul for time change of 10:30. Uhaul didn't notify anyone of changes and my pickup driver had to wait there in a sketchy part of town.

For the second time, I reserved a truck from my closest U Haul facility. I have a catering business. Time is important. I expected to pick up my truck from the closest facility. Instead, I was sent to a location 4-5 more miles away from my closest facility. The mgr was arrogant. The facility was also a laundromat. In a sketchy neighborhood. I was concerned for safety when I returned the truck at approx 12:00 AM. I will not use U Haul again for my rental needs. I would like a refund for the $ 10.00 we had to pay for extra mileage.

I rented a truck called once I realized it was more sensible to return it closer to my home. Talked to someone I assumed knew what they were talking about when I asked if this was possible. They told me the only problem with that is if someone had a reservation for the truck. I asked them to check assumed they did. The next day I was phoned after I returned the truck at 9:30 pm, which was good as long as it was before 11pm. The clerk that I spoke to informed me he (Garners Ferry Road) would be there was gone. So I returned the keys and truck to the citgo next door. The next morning I'm informed that uhaul was trying to charge me over $200 dollars. Upon finding this out I called the Corporate Office customer service and have yet to hear from them a week ago today. But I am receiving text messages from uhual that says I owe them still. We were loyal customers and just ended our contract with your storage center. Ironically the same place I rented this truck from. If this is how you treat your customers I will go elsewhere from now on.

This was my first time renting a uhaul and it was the worst experience possible. I was charged for another day for being an hour and a half late returning the truck. This wouldnt be an issue if hadnt discussed my situation with associate prior to renting. I was told it was not a problem and wouldnt be charged. I ended up getting a rude call from a different employee 45 min after my scheduled return time demanding that i return the truck. I explained to him i had already discussed my situation with another associate the previous day...long story short i was basically called a liar. He charged me and said it was nothing he can do for being not even 2 hours late returning. Poor customer service.
