The experience I had renting a Uhaul from this location was terrible from start to finish. When I went to reserve it, the guy put the date in wrong. Then when I found that and fixed it, he put the wrong truck in, then forgot to add the dolly I wanted. He told me the reservation was for 6 hours but then when I got my email confirmation, it was only for 4 hours. So when I went to pick it up, I explained that I was told the reservation should be for 6 hours, they said they couldn’t extend it and I’d have to have it back in 4. I asked to speak with a manager who said it was fine for me to have it for 6 hours. Then they add insurance to my total without even asking, requiring me to pay like $30 more. Then I get a call after I’ve had the truck 4 hours, demanding I bring it back because they only have my reservation down for 4 hours and someone is waiting on my truck. I explained (for what seemed like the 10th time) that no I have the truck for 6 hours. I explained that the manager told me they had plenty of 15 foot trucks and confirmed that I would be keeping the truck for 6 hours. The person on the phone tried to argue but I continued to repeat myself. It was such an awful experience. I would never recommend this Uhaul location to anyone.

Truck was dirty, teach in on compartment and not wiped down inside...bugs all over front grill. Employee wasn't very personable. I filled tank, not knowing the type of gas mileage it would get, and wasted about $40 in gas by not getting reimbursed for over filling.

I spent more than 2 hours at the Business Loop Uhaul location. The system went down and later it took 3 people and a lot of work to finally make sense of my order (which I had completed online!!) The truck wasnt clean, the windows were extremely dirty. The auto-transport were added at the end of the afternoon and the crew were really not helpful and eager to leave for the day. They didn't inspect my car, nor help me put the car on the trolley. My spare tire protection cap broke while I was puting the car on the trailer. The employees did not come to help or offer any support or explanation on how to adjust, connect and secure the car on the auto-transport.

I went over by 13 miles. I drove it from home to the location and to the drop off. While it is only $5. It seems a little ridiculous.

One tire had slow leak and we had to pump it by hand with bike pump as the fitting did not fit the air machines you use for car. Had to pump it up every 2 hours.

I dropped off at this location and was told just to leave the truck parked with the keys in it. No one verified with me my name or verified the fuel level or if the truck was clean etc. Maybe this is how it normally goes during drop off but I felt uncomfortable with it. I wanted some kind of verification that everything was good.

Pick up went fine and speedy but I was charged for 60 additional miles I didn't drive with an in town rental. It's been difficult to get a hold of anyone to cover this milage discrepancy.

Price was higher than my reservation said it would be. My reservation said $47. She said they didn't have the smaller truck. I had to take the bigger truck which charged me more.

We were charged extra for the plastic bins we rented. They were aware we were moving to Michigan yet we were charged extra. I plan to call them tomorrow to clarify because the extra charges were not made clear at the time of rental.

Employees could be more friendly, helpful, and speak up. I could not hear anything this guy was saying because he spoke in mumbled tone and I continued to ask him to repeat and he would not speak louder so I could hear at all so I just gave up. I was just tossed the keys and sent on my way. I had questions, one I had was quickly answered in passing off the keys, I had more concerns, and the employee just kept walking, seemed like he didn’t even care to hear them. The trucks gear shifter didn’t even show what gear it was in. Just figured I’d deal with it because i didn’t feel welcome to ask for help or a different truck. In Fear of dealing with a disgruntled employee.
