They were so responsive to the problem of the left front wheel almost coming off. They came to our location to drive the truck to their shop in a timely manner.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulEverything was good...automotive professionals took care of me quickly and got me on the road asap
CRAIG WLights for dark pick ups and inform the customer about the text to take pictures and inspect trailer, could not see anything in the dark anyhow and not everyone stares at their phone every 5 seconds
KYLE HBlankets and dolly did not have the security tabs intact. Hoping I won’t get charged for using them as I had my own. Pick up location was fine but I was directed there due to closer locations not having the same size truck causing me to have to pay for extra mileage just use U-Haul.
Michael WI did an after hours drop off so can’t speak to any of these responses.
