We recently needed to rent a 26 foot truck, To travel from Greenville Ms to Collins, Ms. The night before needed we received an email that other arrangements needed to be made. I called the dealer in Greenville and was told to contact Jackson MS agency who assigns them. The representative told me they were sorry for the problem but would help me locate one without an additional charge. One of the locations in Collins had one and I was told they would assign me that one round trip with 400 miles for the same price as one way with 200 miles. He said it would be 217.00 when we picked it up. He said they were trying to make it right for me since they didn't have exactly what I needed. So when we went to get the uhaul from Collins the dealer charged us full price of 400.00. I was very disappointed in the service of saying one thing and doing another. I may need to check on penske the next time I move something

rebecca tIt was hard to return the tow dolly as far as the web site. I don't want ur app! I shouldn't have to have it just to return a rental! And I was assured that the lights work and they are serviced every week yet the driver side light was out the whole time we towed and at some point it fell out! I don't know if it was screwed or what but what a shock to me when I parked it.
